• Account Information: Your unique Telegram user ID, first name, and username, which are automatically provided by the Telegram platform when you initiate interaction with the Service.
• User Content: Text messages, voice notes, and commands that you send to the Service to create events and reminders.
• Preferences and Settings: Your local timezone information, which is requested to ensure accurate delivery of notifications and scheduled reminders.
• Support Information: If you contact us directly for support, we may retain your contact information and the contents of your message.
• Technical and Usage Data: Quantitative data regarding your use of the Service, including the cost of AI API requests, processed purely for internal financial reporting and to prevent abuse. We may use standard web analytics tools to monitor aggregated user behavior.

2. Google API Data Usage and Limited Use Disclosure

If you choose to connect your Google Calendar account to the Service, we will access certain data from your Google Calendar API.

• Data Accessed: We access calendar event titles, descriptions, dates, start/end times, and attendee lists.
• Purpose of Access: This data is accessed solely to enable the core functionality of the Service—specifically, to automatically create, update, synchronize, and display calendar events through your Telegram interface based on your commands.
• Limited Use Compliance: Calendator’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We do not store your Google account credentials. Access is managed securely via standard OAuth 2.0 authentication tokens.

3. Apple Calendar Integration

If you choose to connect your Apple Calendar (iCloud Calendar), the Service will request an App-Specific Password. This is a dedicated password generated in your Apple ID account settings, designed for third‑party applications. It grants limited access to your iCloud account without exposing your main Apple ID password.

• What we access: Only your calendar data (events, titles, times, descriptions) strictly necessary to synchronize your schedule with the Service.
• How we handle it: The App‑Specific Password is encrypted in transit and stored securely in our database, used exclusively to maintain the calendar synchronization connection. We never use it to access any other iCloud data (such as email, photos, or documents).
• Your control: You can revoke the App‑Specific Password at any time from your Apple ID settings, which immediately disables the synchronization with our Service.

We do not receive or store your main Apple ID credentials. The integration strictly follows Apple’s security guidelines for third‑party access.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

To process your natural language commands and transcribe voice messages, the Service utilizes third-party artificial intelligence APIs (e.g., Google Gemini). Your text and audio inputs are transmitted to these providers strictly to execute your requested operation (such as extracting event details). These third-party processors are bound by strict confidentiality obligations and are legally restricted from using your data to train their public models.

5. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data exclusively to:

• Operate, maintain, administer, and analyze the Service;
• Improve the Service, fix technical errors, and conduct internal research;
• Communicate with you regarding updates, support requests, and service notifications;
• Prevent fraud, hacking, or misuse of the Service, ensuring the safety of our technical infrastructure.

6. Data Sharing and Transfer

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With trusted vendors who perform operational services on our behalf (such as cloud hosting, analytics, and AI processing providers) under strict confidentiality agreements.

We retain your personal data only for as long as you maintain an active account with the Service, or as necessary to provide the services and comply with legal requirements.

8. User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. At any time, you can execute the /delete_data command directly within the Service. This action will immediately and permanently delete all your personal data, interaction history, and linked account tokens from our database.
