This Privacy Policy explains how Calendator ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use the Calendator Telegram bot and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process the following information:
- Telegram account information: Telegram User ID, name and username (if provided by Telegram), language, and other settings necessary for the Service to operate.
- User content: text messages and commands sent to the Service, voice messages submitted for processing, voice message transcriptions, and information necessary to create, modify, and display calendar events.
- Calendar data: event titles, start and end dates and times, event descriptions, information necessary for calendar synchronization, and other calendar information that you have authorized the Service to access.
- Service settings: time zone, notification settings, subscription settings, and other user preferences.
- Subscription and payment information: selected subscription plan, subscription status, subscription start and end dates, automatic renewal status, payment identifiers, payment status, and other technical information necessary to manage subscriptions and payments.
- Support information: the content of your support requests, contact information you provide, and technical information necessary to resolve your request.
- Technical information: information about your use of the Service, technical logs, error information, security-related information, and information about the costs of third-party APIs used for internal accounting and Service management.
Full bank card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not stored by Calendator where such information is transmitted directly to the payment provider.
2. Google Calendar
If you connect Google Calendar, Calendator may access calendar data within the permissions you grant through Google's authorization system.
Depending on the permissions granted, this may include event information such as titles, descriptions, start and end dates and times, attendees, and other information necessary to provide the relevant functionality.
Google Calendar data is used to create, modify, synchronize, and display calendar events based on your requests.
Calendator uses data obtained through Google APIs only to the extent necessary to provide the relevant Service functionality and complies with applicable requirements of the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Calendator does not receive your Google account password. Authorization is performed using OAuth 2.0.
3. Apple Calendar
If you connect Apple Calendar (iCloud Calendar), synchronization may require an App-Specific Password created by you in your Apple account settings.
This password is used solely to connect to your calendar through the applicable synchronization protocol.
Calendator does not receive your primary Apple Account password.
Access is used only to the extent necessary to work with the calendar data that you have authorized the Service to synchronize.
You may terminate access to your calendar by revoking the relevant App-Specific Password or disabling the integration with the Service.
4. Third-Party Services and Artificial Intelligence
Certain Calendator features may use third-party services, including artificial intelligence, speech recognition, cloud hosting, payment processing, and other technical services.
Your text or voice data may be transmitted to the relevant provider when this is necessary to perform an operation requested by you.
Data is transmitted only to the extent necessary to perform the relevant operation.
The specific list of third-party providers may change as the Service develops.
5. How We Use Your Information
We process information for the following purposes:
- Providing the core functionality of the Service;
- Creating, modifying, and synchronizing calendar events;
- Sending reminders;
- Processing text and voice commands;
- Providing and managing paid subscriptions;
- Processing and recording payments;
- Providing customer support;
- Maintaining Service security;
- Preventing fraud and abuse;
- Detecting and resolving technical errors;
- Improving the Service;
- Complying with applicable legal requirements.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent users' personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Data may be shared with or made available to the following categories of recipients when necessary to operate the Service:
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers;
- AI and speech recognition service providers;
- Google when Google Calendar is used;
- Apple or relevant iCloud services when Apple Calendar is used;
- Payment providers when a subscription is purchased;
- Technical and analytics service providers;
- Government authorities or other parties where disclosure is required by applicable law.
We seek to limit the data shared to what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.
7. Data Storage and Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction.
Depending on the infrastructure used, these measures may include encrypted connections, restricted database access, access controls for server infrastructure, and backups.
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the Service, fulfill relevant contractual obligations, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
When data is no longer required, it is deleted or anonymized unless continued retention is required by law.
8. Data Management and Deletion
You may contact customer support to request information about the processing of your personal data, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion of your data where provided for by applicable law.

When connecting Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google or Apple account and any authorization credentials provided to the Service.
You may terminate the relevant access at any time through the settings of the connected account or through the integration management features available in the Service.

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy.
The current version of the Privacy Policy will be published within the Service or on a page linked to by the Service.
If material changes are made, users may be additionally notified through the Service.
