1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service govern the use of the Calendator Telegram bot and its features (the "Service").

By using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

Calendator provides tools for creating and managing events, receiving reminders, and working with calendars through text and voice commands.

The Service may use artificial intelligence technologies to process user requests, recognize speech, determine dates, times, and other parameters.

Where available, the Service may interact with Google Calendar and Apple Calendar based on permissions granted by the user.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Accuracy

3.1. Text and voice requests may be processed using automated technologies, including artificial intelligence.

3.2. Such technologies may make errors when recognizing speech, interpreting requests, determining dates, times, and other parameters.

3.3. User Responsibility: The user is responsible for checking the accuracy of created or modified events.

3.4. The Service does not guarantee absolute accuracy of request processing, calendar synchronization, or reminder delivery.

3.5. The Service is not responsible for missed meetings, events, or other consequences resulting from processing errors, technical failures, or failures of third-party services.

4. Acceptable Use

4.1. The user may use the Service in accordance with its intended purpose.

4.3. If these Terms are violated, the Service owner may temporarily restrict or terminate the user's access to the Service.

5. Paid Features and Subscription

5.1. Certain features of the Service are provided on a paid subscription basis.

5.2. The current subscription price and applicable terms are displayed directly in the Service interface before the subscription is purchased.

5.3. One subscription period lasts 30 days unless otherwise expressly stated in the Service interface.

5.4. When purchasing a subscription, the user may choose whether to enable automatic renewal.

5.5. If automatic renewal is enabled, the subscription will automatically renew for another 30-day period, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged automatically.

5.6. The user will receive a preliminary notification of the upcoming automatic renewal and charge approximately 3 days before the payment date.

5.7. The user may disable automatic renewal directly in the Service through the subscription management section: β€œStart β†’ Subscription Management β†’ Disable Auto-Renewal.”

5.8. After automatic renewal is disabled, the paid subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No charge will be made for the following period.

5.9. For refund requests, the user may contact customer support. Each refund request is considered individually, taking into account the circumstances of the request, the applicable subscription terms, and applicable law.

5.10. Subscription prices may change. A changed price applies to new purchases and subsequent renewal periods after the user has been notified of the applicable change.

6. Payment Processing

6.1. Subscription payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

6.2. Payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

6.3. Calendator does not store full bank card details where such information is transmitted directly to the payment provider and is not made available to the Service owner.

7. Availability and Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

7.2. The Service may experience temporary outages, delays, technical errors, or interruptions.

7.3. Certain features depend on third-party services, including Telegram, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, payment providers, and artificial intelligence services.

7.4. The Service owner does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party services and is not responsible for their outages, API changes, access restrictions, or discontinuation.

7.5. The Service is intended for personal schedule organization and should not be used as the sole method of storing critical information or receiving life-critical notifications.

8. Changes to the Service and Terms

8.1. The Service owner may modify, add, or discontinue individual features of the Service.

8.2. These Terms may be amended due to changes in applicable law, Service functionality, or the way the Service operates.

8.3. The current version of these Terms is published within the Service or on a page linked to by the Service.

8.4. Continued use of the Service after a new version of these Terms has been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
