1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Calendator Telegram bot and its integrated features (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service.

2. Description of Service

Calendator provides users with tools to create schedule events, manage calendars, and receive reminders via a chat interface using natural language text and voice commands. To process these commands and synchronize events, the Service integrates machine learning technologies and third-party APIs, including the Google Calendar API and Apple Calendar.

3. Artificial Intelligence and Accuracy Disclaimer

3.1. You acknowledge and agree that natural language processing and voice transcription are powered by probabilistic machine learning algorithms (e.g., Google Gemini).

3.2. Due to the nature of AI technologies, the Service may occasionally make errors in transcribing voice, interpreting intent, or determining event dates, times, and descriptions.

3.3. User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all event details presented by the Service on your screen before confirming and saving them to your calendar.

3.4. We shall not be held liable for missed appointments, meetings, scheduling conflicts, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from AI recognition errors or technical failures in notification delivery.

4. Acceptable Use Rules

4.1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal or internal business scheduling purposes.

5. Premium Services and Subscriptions

5.1. Certain advanced features of the Service may in the future require a paid subscription ("Subscription"). The Service is currently provided free of charge during its initial launch and testing phase.

5.2. When subscriptions become available, current pricing, tiers, and subscription periods will be displayed inside the Service interface.

5.3. Payment Processing: Payments will be handled entirely securely via integrated third-party payment gateways. We will not collect, process, or store your credit card details or financial information.

5.4. Automatic Renewal: By purchasing a Subscription, you authorize recurring billing. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly, annually) at the then-current rate unless canceled.

5.5. Cancellation: You can cancel your Subscription auto-renewal at any time through the Service settings. Upon cancellation, paid features will remain active until the end of your current prepaid billing period.

5.6. Refund Policy: All fees paid for Subscriptions are non-refundable. The service is considered fully rendered upon providing access to the premium features for the designated duration.

5.7. Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust subscription rates. Active subscribers will be notified in advance of any rate changes, which will apply only to subsequent renewal periods.

5.8. Current Status: As of the effective date of these Terms, no paid features are enabled. You will be clearly notified before any charges apply and will be required to opt in explicitly.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

6.1. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6.2. The uptime and functionality of the Service depend heavily on third-party platforms, including Telegram and the Google Cloud ecosystem. We are not liable for any service interruptions, data losses, or delays caused directly by outages on these external platforms.

7. Account Deletion

You can delete your account, saved preferences, and revoke authentication tokens at any time by sending the /delete_data command to the bot. This action is irreversible.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted. Your continued use of the Service after updates are published signifies your agreement to the modified Terms.
